THE BISHOP OF EAR SHYOGWE ANNOUNCED THE RETIREMENT OF REV. CANON MUNYANKUSI FAUSTIN

Rev. Canon Faustin served the Lord in the Anglican Church of Rwanda, Shyogwe Diocese with gladness as Catechist, Parish Pastor, Archdeacon, Canon, etc. He is well known and held in great affection across Shyogwe Diocese. Different people who spoke about him today emphasized the following values: love, perseverance, determination, courage, prayer man; etc.

Addressing the congregation, the Bishop of Shyogwe Diocese thanked God for what he has been for Rev. Canon Faustin during his pastoral ministry. He was delighted with what Rev. Faustin was able to serve God and raise his children with dignity. He ended his speech by presenting the gift that the Diocese of Shyogwe had reserved for Rev. Canon MUNYANKUSI Faustin.

Personally, I got to know Rev. Canon MUNYANKUSI Faustin, 20 years ago. Except that we share the calling as servants of God; he is my friend. I will miss the wise ideas of Rev. Canon Faustin in our different church meetings. I congratulate Rev. Canon MUNYANKUSI Faustin on this milestone, and pray that God will continue to bless him and his family as he enters this new chapter in his life.
