THE RT. REV. DR MANASSEH GAHIMA HAS BEEN ENTHRONED AS THE SECOND BISHOP OF GAHINI DIOCESE

The Rt. Rev. Dr GAHIMA Manasseh was born on 12 December 1970 to the Late Pheneas GAHIMA and Donatille MUKARUTABANA. Number seven among the siblings, Bishop Manasseh grew up loved and happy though a refugee in Uganda. His is married to Rose DUSENGE GAHIMA and they have eight children. Together with Rose, they were blessed to be accepted as God’s Children, born again and dedicated to his service.

 The Rt. Rev. Dr GAHIMA Manasseh had his primary education at Kasonga Primary School in Hoima, Kololo Secondary School and St Andrea Kahwa’s College for his ordinary level and advanced secondary school levels respectively. He did his Diploma in Secondary Education at NTC Kakoba Campus of ITEK Kyambogo in Uganda and later did his Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B. Com) at Umutara Polytechnic (Current University of Rwanda).

Bishop Manasseh attended Kabale University for his Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and later attended Wycliffe University for his Master’s of Theology , from where he continued his Doctorate in Theological Studies (PhD)at the same university he completed and graduated at a congregation held at their Kampala (Uganda) Campus on July 14^th 2018.

Bishop Manasseh has a wide experience in Administration right from 1996. He worked for several years in Local Administration in different capacities and he enjoys serving. He has served in Gahini Diocese in different capacities until May 28^th 2017 when he was consecrated Assistant Bishop of Gahini Diocese.

The Rt. Rev. Dr GAHIMA Manasseh replaces The Rt. Rev. Dr Alexis BIRINDABAGABO on the leadership of Gahini Diocese.
